AURATOR Sp. z o.o. has been present on the market since 2011 and from the very beginning specialised in repairs of electric machinery for the railway sector. We are a leading supplier of repair services for electric rotating machinery of electric traction vehicles. Suitable repair shops, wide knowledge of electric machinery construction and operation and self-designed maintenance solutions ensure effective accomplishment of the goals. We have gained renown among customers and become recognised on the market thanks to the quality of our services, professional customer care and an individual approach to projects.

In consistent pursuance of our objectives, in 2020 we extended our range of activities by repairs of locomotives and industrial machinery, including machinery for waterworks, power plants etc.

The thriving development of our company and a strong interest in our offer led to launching new field divisions – in Tarnowskie Góry and in Będzin. The division in Tarnowskie Góry specialises in repairs of locomotives. This year we completed P4 level repairs of three electric locomotives. In turn, the division in Będzin was put into operation in order to provide complete industrial machinery repair services.

We manufacture superior quality spare parts for the whole range of overhauled machinery, including:

• stator and rotor coils,
• commutator,
• rotor shafts,
• all components and labyrinth seals.

All of our spare parts for traction units are made by our workers using our park of machinery and based on our own technical documentation.
Spare parts are repaired and manufactured in compliance with quality assurance procedures applicable in our company, which allows us to provide a full guarantee of high quality and reliability of our services.
In order to meet the expectations of our customers we maintain our own engine store at Aurator, thanks to which engines can be delivered to customers immediately.  In many cases the aforementioned application is significant because quick availability of engines in good working order contributes to eliminating some additional costs incurred by customers such as locomotive downtime.
