SABEL Sp. z o.o. has been present on the market since 1993 (previously as Biuro Wdrożeniowo-Projektowe SABEL). It was founded by dr. inż. Roman Sabat (BEng, PhD). The company offers specialist engineering services for the design and construction of railway and road infrastructure: railway automatic control engineering, telecommunications and electrical power engineering equipment.

SABEL has been dynamically developing and implementing innovations. In 2013, an innovative trenchless technology was implemented for controlled drilling. In the same year, a modern plant producing reinforced casing pipes from polyethylene modified with hexene comonomer commenced its operations. In 2015 a digital IPTVk system was implemented for the monitoring of railway crossings, and one year later – for the needs of passenger information systems – the company launched a series of synchronised autonomous clocks (SZA). SABEL received numerous awards and certificates, including international quality management certification according to 
ISO 9001:2015 and IRIS:2017 certification.
